LPYM Shelter
Host your next event at our Lake Perry Marina Shelter! Enjoy the best views of the lake during your next family reunion, business event, birthday party and more! Close to our swimming beach and High Tide 21.
Our shelter can comfortably seat about 40 people.
Four picnic benches and grill are provided!
Great location for the perfect evening sunset and lake view.
Load your coolers, pack your swim gear and bring your flip flops!
Things to Note:
- No party shall occupy the space after 10pm
- Rental time blocks from 9am-10pm daily
- Bring your pets! (Pets Not permitted at the beach area)
- No cleanup service, cleaning fees will be administered for any trash left behind
- Alcohol permitted (Not at the beach area)
- Grill provided. Bring your own grilling supplies.
- Ability to configure/decorate the shelter with consent from Management
Reservation Policies
Renter/Driver MUST be 21 years of age or older.
CANCELATION POLICY
*NO REFUNDS on SHELTER rentals (NO EXCEPTIONS) *
NO REFUNDS will be given for BOAT or JET SKI cancellations EXCEPT when made 48hrs prior to reservation. If canceling 48hrs prior to reservation time, all but an $80 cancellation fee will be refunded to the card provided for the reservation. If canceled after 48hr prior to reservation NO REFUNDS will be given on credit card, ONLY gift cards at that time. (Minus 5% of original booking fee)
In the case of bad weather, we’ll schedule you for another day **OR** we’ll issue you a gift card (5% less than your original booking fee) that you can use at your convenience.
If rental time is lost due to bad weather, NO REFUNDS will be issued for lost time. Only Gift Cards given
***If you are renting a Jet Ski, you are required to fill and pay for fuel used upon your return***

Please note:
- The circled area is the recommended travel zone for all rentals.
Additional Rental Expenses
- Tow Beyond rental boundary = $105/hr
- Pets on Party Cats = $50 flat fee
- Rentals returned dirty =$60 cleaning fee
- Rentals returned late =$50/every 15min
- Damaged Prop/shaft =$350
- Gelcoat/Aluminum damage (Knick or scratch) $39.99 each
