Renter/Driver MUST be 21 years of age or older.

• Children’s life jackets are available but not guaranteed. We cannot guarantee we will have the right size life jacket for every child with every reservation. Please bring your own if you have them!
• PETS are allowed on the party cats for a flat $50 fee. 
• Grills and Glass bottles are prohibited.
• Tubes are NOT allowed on Pontoons or Party Cats. However, a paradise pad is an option. 
• The customer is responsible for all damage that occurs during the rental to the vessel, engine, interior components, or equipment.  The customer is also responsible for a cleaning fee for excessively dirty boats upon return.
• NO Person/pet is to be on the top deck while boat is in motion. Jumping from top deck is also prohibited and could result in serious injury.
• Any cancellation made more than 48 hrs. before the reservation date will be charged a $30 processing fee.
• Any cancellation made less than 48 hrs. before the reservation date will result in a forfeit of the half reservation amount. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a forfeit of the full reservation amount. 
• If the following conditions exist on the lake; heavy rain lasting more than 45 minutes; lightening; tornado warnings; high wind advisories or any condition that Clinton Marina considers unsafe boating conditions, then the reservation fees will be credited. Weather credits or rain checks can only be given in person on the day of the rental and are based on actual weather conditions on the lake at the time of the rental not future weather forecasts.
• Rescheduling is allowed without a price penalty.  You may not reschedule to a holiday weekend or more than 3 months in advance.
• Please make sure to read your confirmation email before arrival.

UPON ARRIVAL
We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before your departure.  Credits/refunds are not available for late departures.  When you arrive at the marina, please proceed to the Marina Store (building floating on water) to start the check-in process. To get to the marina store please drive towards High Tide 21 (our marina restaurant) and follow the road down a hill just to the right of the restaurant. You will then see our Marina Store floating on the water. Parking reserved for boat rentals is in the lower parking lot to the right of the store walkway. 

Mechanical Breakdown or Groundings
If you have a mechanical breakdown or grounding beyond our recommended circle, you are responsible for having the boat towed back to our location.  ($120/hour beginning when our staff leaves the dock and ending when they return). For on water towing, contact our Marina Store at 785-783-4927.

Late Fee
Your boat must be returned and vacated by the end time of your rental. Late charges will apply at $50/every 15 minutes late.

UPON RETURN
Please return your rental to the fuel dock unless otherwise directed by staff. The staff will perform a checkout process, checking for damage and equipment return.  Please do not leave the fuel dock until released by the staff. Checkout will require a signature from both the Primary renter and the staff checking the vessel.
