- These 2017 Pontoons have a 40hp 3 stroke outboard motors, shade top and stereo with AUX & USB. Plenty of seating for a nice family outing on the lake. Pack a cooler, grab your water gear and enjoy relax on Lake Perry.

Reservation Policies
Renter/Driver MUST be 21 years of age or older.
CANCELATION POLICY
*NO REFUNDS on SHELTER rentals (NO EXCEPTIONS) *
NO REFUNDS will be given for BOAT or JET SKI cancellations EXCEPT when made 48hrs prior to reservation. If canceling 48hrs prior to reservation time, all but an $80 cancellation fee will be refunded to the card provided for the reservation. If canceled after 48hr prior to reservation NO REFUNDS will be given on credit card, ONLY gift cards at that time. (Minus 5% of original booking fee)
In the case of bad weather, we’ll schedule you for another day **OR** we’ll issue you a gift card (5% less than your original booking fee) that you can use at your convenience.
If rental time is lost due to bad weather, NO REFUNDS will be issued for lost time. Only Gift Cards given
***If you are renting a Jet Ski, you are required to fill and pay for fuel used upon your return***

- The circled area is the recommended travel zone for all rentals.
Additional Rental Expenses
- Tow Beyond rental boundary = $105/hr
- Pets on Party Cats = $50 flat fee
- Rentals returned dirty =$60 cleaning fee
- Rentals returned late =$50/every 15min
- Damaged Prop/shaft =$350
- Gelcoat/Aluminum damage (Knick or scratch) $39.99 each

Pontoon Policies
- Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license to reserve and operate any of our vessels.
- Children’s life jackets are available but not guaranteed. We cannot guarantee we will have the right size life jacket for every child with every reservation. Please bring your own if you have them!
- No pets or grills.
- Glass bottles are prohibited.
- Tubes are NOT allowed on this boat. However, a paradise pad is an option.
- The customer is responsible for all damage that occurs during the rental to the vessel, engine, interior components, or equipment. The customer is also responsible for a cleaning fee for excessively dirty boats upon return.
- Cancellations and refunds are not accepted without 1/2 price penalty. This includes bad weather.
- Rescheduling is allowed without a price penalty. You may not reschedule to a holiday weekend or more than 3 months in advance.
- Please make sure to read your confirmation email before arrival.
